People find their way after getting diagnosed with health condition. Exercise and weight loss are necessary to their health. A health coach helps to identify individuals within themselves in order to change behaviors and move forward with actionable goals. Here is what you need to do:

Baby Success Steps

It is extremely important to understand your priorities and what you commit to for reaching your goals. Break your goals into small goals, by applying them into actionable, measurable, realistic and timely factors. Setting a goal, losing weight and getting healthy does not fit the criteria, as you are missing important points such as the way to lose weight and the things to focus on to become healthy.

Work on Your Goals

You need to exercise your way to weight loss.  When you are spending much time in front of a desk job to chauffeur your family according to different events and activities, you are not left with a lot of time. You are not able to accomplish your goal. Set baby step goals. Work on hectic schedule and set a goal to get to gym for half an hour like 3 days a week. Instead of attaining more goals, you may be getting 4,000 steps a day.  The goal is actionable and measurable like walking 4000 steps. It is also quite realistic considering the time and daily commitments.

Rewarding Yourself Immediately

According to studies, people with long-term goals spend their time exercising. But the ones who recognize the exercise rewards like energy, stress and better mood are always motivated. Take your time to know about your big and small accomplishments. The release of endorphins will become an intrinsic reward for your brain after exercise. The brain also recognizes the workout as a reward.

The goals continue to change over time and so do the behavior. You have to continue going through the procedure of small actionable goals to stay successful and positive. However, do not be afraid asking for help when required.
